We’ve put together the most important information for you so that you can enjoy a pleasant stay with us at the Landhaus Steiner.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Check-in:<\/strong> from 3:00\u00a0pm on your day of arrival
\nCheck-out:<\/strong> by 10:30\u00a0am on your day of departure<\/p>\n

Baby facilities:<\/strong> We’re happy to provide a baby monitor, cot, bed rails, high chair and kettle.<\/p>\n

Bath towels:<\/strong> Are in the bathing bag in your room.
\nBathrobes:<\/strong> Are available free of charge for adults and children for the duration of your stay.<\/p>\n

Payment:<\/strong> Please transfer payment in full to our account ahead of arrival. Naturally you can pay in cash or by EC card and credit card. We accept VISA, Eurocard\/Mastercard and EC card.<\/p>\n

Fitness room:<\/strong> Open for you from 7:00\u00a0am to 8:00\u00a0pm. For safety reasons children under the age of 12 are only allowed entry if accompanied by an adult.<\/p>\n

Drinks:<\/strong> Drinks are available in the breakfast room and the hall until 11:00\u00a0pm.<\/p>\n

Indoor swimming pool:<\/strong> Open for you from 7:00\u00a0am to 8:00\u00a0pm.<\/p>\n

Bus stop:<\/strong> The hiking bus, Postbus and free ski bus all stop outside the Landhaus Steiner.<\/p>\n

Front door:<\/strong> The front doors are closed from 10:00\u00a0pm to 7:00\u00a0am.
\nPlease take your keys with you when you leave the hotel.<\/p>\n

Dogs:<\/strong> Your dog is welcome on request. Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room and wellness area. We charge \u20ac15\/day for your four-legged friend.<\/p>\n

Children’s discount:

\nBreakfast from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.

Reading material:<\/strong> You will find newspapers and magazines in the hall.<\/p>\n

Mattresses:<\/strong> Mattresses can be changed depending on the level of firmness you prefer.<\/p>\n

Parking space:<\/strong> A free parking space is provided per room outside the Landhaus.<\/p>\n

Smoking:<\/strong> You are kindly requested to refrain from smoking anywhere inside the Landhaus Steiner. Ashtrays are provided on the balcony and outside the hotel.<\/p>\n

Restaurants & guest houses<\/strong>
\nOur central location means that numerous restaurants and guest houses serving local and international specialities are within walking distance. On request, if you are booking a stay of five days and longer, we can also offer you the option of half-board with dinner in the neighbouring Hotel Lebzelter****.<\/p>\n

Safe:<\/strong> There is a safe in your room.<\/p>\n

Sauna:<\/strong> In winter the sauna is open daily from 4:00\u00a0pm to 8:00\u00a0pm; in summer you are kindly requested to inform us in advance if you wish to use it.<\/p>\n

Ski cellar:<\/strong> A ski cellar with boot drier and storage facilities for helmets etc. is available for your use.<\/p>\n

\nup to 1 week before date of arrival \u2013 70% of the booking cost
\nwithin one week of the date of arrival\u00a0 \u2013 90\u00a0% of the booking cost
