Booking and Payment
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation, the provisions of the International Hotel Association! As an empty bed charge (for late arrival or early departure), the market price, minus breakfast (€ 7,00), calculated in the appropriate category.
When booking package deals, refunds cannot be given in the case of later arrival or early departures.

The rooms are available from 13:00pm. If you arrive after 18:00pm, please call us, send an e-mail or fax. On departure, the rooms are to be vacated by 10:00am .
Pets: You can bring your four-legged friends: € 5.00 per day (without food and without a basket) Please understand that no pets are allowed in the dining and spa facilities.
